Overview As an Adobe Experience Platform Solution Architect, you will shape the enterprise Customer Interaction platform using AEP and the surrounding Adobe ecosystem. You will align business goals with scalable data and integration architectures in AWS, collaborating with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.

You’ll drive design decisions for Martech components (AEP, AEM, AJO, Workfront) and ensure consistency across general and local implementations. This role offers visibility, impact across international projects, and the opportunity to influence enterprise cloud architecture at scale.

- Define enterprise and solution architectures for the Customer Interaction platform, focusing on Martech components (AEP, AEM, Workfront).
- Design scalable, secure data and integration architectures, especially in AWS environments.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions and establish integration patterns and architectural principles.
- Ensure alignment between global platform architecture and local implementations.




- Collaborate with program teams across countries to validate integration architectures and provide architectural guidance.
- Act as technical and architectural point of contact for Adobe Experience Platform solutions.
- Prepare architectural proposals and documentation for senior management and steering committees.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and optimization across the application landscape.

Requisitos principales

- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform CDP (Customer Data Platform).
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Experience designing enterprise/solution architectures for customer interaction or Martech platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Data Architecture and data integration.
- Experience designing solution architectures in AWS environments.
- Experience integrating cloud platforms with on-premise or local systems.
- Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders and experience in large-scale, international environments.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and distributed architectures.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and produce senior-level documentation.
- Fluent Spanish and English; Advanced English (C1).
