This position drives the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships that support the company's growth across multiple business verticals and geographies. The role leads partnership opportunities from sourcing and commercial structuring through negotiation, activation, and relationship management, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Strategy, and Country teams.

Identify, qualify, and prioritize partnership opportunities across the full vertical scope.
Participate in end-to-end negotiation and closing of framework agreements, multi-operator models, alliances, and MoUs coordinating Legal, Finance, and Country teams throughout.
Develop scalable, repeatable deal templates and commercial models that can be efficiently replicated across geographies once validated.
Act as point of contact for active partners across all verticals, managing engagement quality, agreement compliance, and ongoing value delivery.




Coordinate with Country Sales and Bid Management teams to identify local partnership activation opportunities and support complex multi-country bids.
Develop tailored opportunities business models
Develop tailored approaches by Vertical & Country including Indirect Channel Sales, co-selling, joint bid participation, etc.
Provide market and partner intelligence to inform segment strategy and value proposition development.
Strategic Support & M&A; Scouting
Provide the Head of Partnerships with regular market intelligence, deal pipeline updates, and partner performance data to support strategic decision-making.
Identify and flag small M&A; opportunities, technology investments, or strategic minority stake candidates that could accelerate Cellnex's position across verticals.
External Representation & Relationship Management
Represent Cellnex at industry forums, working groups, and partner meet
