We are hiring Dutch-speaking professionals to join our digital marketing and sales team in Barcelona. Whether you're at the beginning of your career or bringing previous experience, this role offers the opportunity to grow in an international and fast-paced environment.
About the RoleAs a Sales & Digital Marketing Consultant, you will work with Dutch-speaking clients to improve their online advertising strategies. Youll play a key role in helping businesses scale by providing expert advice, optimizing campaign performance, and driving sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on digital advertising best practices




- Analyze campaign data and propose performance-driven solutions
- Manage a client pipeline and work toward sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall client experience
- Keep up with evolving digital trends and tools

What Were Looking For
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch
- Bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience
- 612 months of experience in digital advertising, PPC, or outbound B2B sales (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong motivation to learn and develop in marketing and sales
- 39-hour/week schedule, Monday to Friday
- Permanent contract
- Salary range: 23,876 30,000 gross/year (based on experience)
- Bonus potential: Up to 3,400 3,500 gross/year
