DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our Deliverability & Compliance Team. This role will have a strong focus on protecting our customers and our platform by ensuring our policies are followed and customers maintain responsible sending practices.



You will be responsible for vetting customers, monitoring account activity, investigating potential abuse and policy violations, and working with internal teams to resolve compliance issues. You will also play an important role in identifying emerging abuse patterns, assessing risk, and helping us improve our processes and tools to keep the platform safe and trustworthy for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a strong working relationship between Compliance and Support, by serving as an escalation point for Support.
- Work with customers to remediate compromises.
- Process direct abuse complaints against our customer base.
- Review customer content for adherence to the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
- Work independently, while exercising good judgment and decision-making in order to consistently deliver superior customer outcomes.
- Proactively take action on accounts with poor sending metrics and/or in violation of our AUP.
