At Grifols SA, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager, reporting directly to the company's Senior Real Estate Manager, responsible for managing all properties at both the national and international levels.

What your responsibilities will be

- You will manage and oversee the real estate property portfolio,



including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date information in the database.
- You will negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations.
- You will identify real estate opportunities.
- You will foster strong relationships between internal stakeholders, Landlords & Brokers.
- You will oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.
- You will be responsible for the strategic planning of the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met.
- You will optimize space utilization.
- You will monitor properties across international subsidiaries.
