We are looking for a Python Developer with strong hands-on AI experience to join a project focused on building an AI-driven document analysis platform using LLMs, RAG architectures and multi-agent workflows.The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of scalable AI solutions, with a strong focus on document processing, retrieval, structured AI agents and evaluation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, RAG and AI Agents.Design provider-agnostic interfaces for LLMs and embedding models.Build document ingestion pipelines including PDF parsing, OCR, chunking, metadata tagging, embeddings and vector indexing.Develop hybrid semantic and keyword-based retrieval mechanisms.Implement AI agents with structured inputs and outputs.Work with vector databases,



prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.Develop evaluation frameworks covering retrieval quality, classification accuracy, citation validity and prompt performance.Ensure scalability, explainability, security and data-residency compliance.Produce technical documentation and collaborate with technical SMEs and stakeholders.Required Skills3-5 years of professional experience in software development.Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies is mandatory.Practical experience with:LLMsRAGAI Agents / Multi-Agent SystemsEmbeddingsVector DatabasesPrompt EngineeringLLM EvaluationExperience with AI security, governance and technical documentation.
