Pure Fishing is seeking a Senior Sales Director for Continental Europe to drive growth in Spain and Portugal. You will lead a field-based sales team, develop the sales strategy and work closely with Marketing and Customer Service to hit revenue and margin targets across the region.
The role requires proven leadership in a similar market, strong Spanish and English communication, and willingness to travel across Spain, Portugal and to other parts of Europe.
