WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar functional role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, preferably within large-scale or multi-country rollouts
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, including taxation, fiscal compliance, payments, receipts, and transaction reconciliation
- Experience analysing interfaces, APIs, integrations, protocols and data flows across interconnected systems
- Experience working in Agile environments, including requirements management, testing, and solution validation
- Strong analytical, communication,



and stakeholder management skills in international environments
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Azure integration services and broader Dynamics 365 solutions would be a plus

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support the Finance workstream within an international rollout of a Dynamics 365 Commerce POS solution
- Act as the Finance functional counterpart, collaborating closely with POS, business, and technical teams
- Analyse country-specific financial, tax, fiscal, and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional requirements
- Ensure local Finance and retail requirements are correctly reflected within the Dynamics 365 Commerce / Store Commerce solution
- Analyse and support retail processes related to transactions, payments, receipts, promotions, discounts, and reconciliation
- Define and manage functional requirements, user stories, and business processes throughout the project lifecycle
