Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead quality control and assurance activities to support reliable products, robust lab practices, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate across Operations, Ru0026amp;D, and technical teams to address polymer-related quality challenges and drive methodological innovation. The position combines hands-on lab work with leadership to strengthen compliance, audits, and CAPA, contributing to Lubrizol’s safety and sustainability goals. You will shape quality culture and coach the team to deliver measurable impact in a global setting.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Maintain site processes per quality standards, internal requirements, and third-party approvals
• Oversee maintenance, qualification, and calibration of QC laboratory equipment with internal/external partners
• Coordinate complaint investigations for raw materials, finished goods, and internal non-conformities
• Lead and support quality assurance initiatives including root cause analysis and CAPA
• Develop and implement new analytical methods, test plans, and work instructions




• Provide technical leadership on polymer-related quality challenges and manufacturing processes
• Hands-on lab involvement: method development, troubleshooting, data review, validation of results
• Participate in corporate quality audits and support follow-up actions
• Contribute to site’s annual NWSM goal and quality, safety, and operational objectives
• Develop the team through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years in a Quality Control/Quality Assurance role in chemical/polymer manufacturing
• Minimum 7 years experience with ISO9001 or equivalent quality management systems
• Knowledge of polymer materials and polymer testing methodologies
• Hands-on lab experience with analytical/physical testing, method development, troubleshooting, an
