Experteer Overview
As a Product Expert for Veeva RIM in Europe, you will translate regulatory needs into product value, advocating for customers throughout the roadmap. You partner with product and customer teams to educate and demonstrate Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing capabilities. You’ll shape content, communicate roadmap, and capture user feedback to drive improvements. This role blends life sciences regulatory know-how with product fluency in a fast-moving SaaS environment, offering meaningful impact at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Veeva RIM, focusing on Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing use cases
• Stay updated on features and roadmap directions and communicate vision to customers
• Educate customers through Community forums and educational content
• Engage stakeholders to discuss roadmap and future enhancements
• Contribute best practices and process recommendations within the RIM suite
• Capture and translate customer feedback into problem statements to inform roadmap and releases




• Collaborate with Product teams to develop content and release communications
• Provide cross-functional support to Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in life sciences regulatory operations, regulatory affairs, or related areas
• 3+ years in consulting, solution consulting, support, or business liaison roles
• Experience with RIM applications and processes, including document management, submission building, publishing, and archiving electronic submissions
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear problem statements for business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to understand technical specs and software development docs and convey to end users
• Experience engaging with business users, IT, and executives, both in-person and remote
• Strong analytical and English communication skills (written, verbal, presentations)
• Self-directed, proactive
