This is a unique opportunity to build a finance function entirely from scratch , implement scalable systems, and lead future equity and debt fundraising . You will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, board, investors, and operational leaders, enabling data‑driven decision‑making while providing strong financial governance.



Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the company’s long‑term financial strategy aligned with rapid growth and international expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board, contributing to strategic planning, scenario modelling, and commercial decision‑making. Implement financial frameworks, KPIs, and performance dashboards to ensure clear visibility over business performance. Fundraising & Investor Management Lead all aspects of equity and debt fundraising , including investor targeting, due diligence preparation, financial modelling, and negotiation. Manage relationships with current and future investors, presenting financial insights with clarity and commercial credibility. Prepare investor‑ready materials: board packs, fundraising presentations, and strategic financial analyses. Build the Finance Function Fully establish the finance function from the ground up , including setting up financial systems, processes, controls, and reporting
