About the role
SCORE10 S.L. is a small technology and innovation consultancy building software and technology solutions. We’re looking for an adaptable software engineer to work remotely as part of our small team.

What you’ll do
• Use AI-driven development tools confidently in your daily workflow, or bring a strong interest and willingness to learn.
• Move comfortably between high-level strategic and product discussions and hands-on programming.
• Take ownership of multiple tasks, from helping shape a solution to implementing, testing, and improving it.
• Collaborate closely with the team and adapt as priorities change.

What we’re looking for
• Strong practical software engineering and problem-solving skills.
• Professional working English and fluent Spanish.
• Confidence using AI coding assistants and agents, or a strong interest in AI-enabled software development.
• Comfortable in a small team, switching between strategic thinking and detailed implementation.

Work setup: Fully remote. Candidates already based in Spain are preferred; applicants elsewhere are welcome to apply.
