What are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional with over 7 years of experience in the consultancy industry or in market research or innovation department, meeting the following requirements:
- BA or BSc in Business Administration, Market Research, Economy or related fields.
- Knowledge and experience in User and Market Research, especially within the Healthcare sector.
- Capacity to lead and moderate focus groups, workshops and interacting with the key stakeholders within the healthcare sector (HCP, patients, hospital managers, etc.).
- Experience developing strategic plans, analysing available business data to impact solution design.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
- Experience leading teams and good team player.




- Languages: Spanish (native or bilingual proficiency), English (Professional Level) and Catalan (Conversational level). Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.

What will you do?

You will work with a multidisciplinary team:
- Participating in different projects ongoing in different stages.
- Developing market research analysis and frameworks.
- Analysing trends and the latest news on the market.
- Conducting workshops and focus groups.
- Defining new solutions and strategies to be implemented.
- Training and assessing other professionals within the field of innovation.
- Contributing to the corporate development and expansion of ANIMA: business development, proposal elaboration, marketing plan, human resources, etc.
