Technica is a product-oriented company, that continuously reinvest to stay ahead of the curve, and our interdisciplinary team composed by hardware and software experts is focused on the development of company own products roadmap and on innovative R&D; electronics development projects with major customers.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in one or more of the key areas of electronics development, who can understand complex electronic architectures and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.





You should be comfortable challenging existing trends, going beyond the scope of the current role if needed, and applying your experience in new ways.

MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Take full responsibility for one or several products in company hardware products portfolio, owning the product end-to-end through its development lifecycle.
- Explore market, customer and technology needs to identify new product opportunities and improvements to the existing portfolio.
- Define initial product concepts with commercial, technical and operations teams, aligning them with customer needs.
- Build product development plans with key milestones, coordinate product scope, define engineering resources needed and budgets to achieve development success.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the development of the electronic products, coordinating hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing and other technical areas.
