Location: Barcelona, Spain (preferred) / Remote within Europe

Our client is a global technology company with 40+ years of experience in data protection and business continuity. Its solutions help organizations across 150+ countries protect critical applications and systems across on-premises and cloud environments.

They are looking for an EMEA Channel Marketing Manager to lead channel marketing across the region and drive growth through distributors, VARs, and MSPs. The role combines strategy with hands-on execution, working closely with Sales and partners to build effective marketing programs, generate demand, and deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, data-driven marketer who enjoys building strong partner relationships and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Fluency in English is required, while additional European languages are a strong advantage.

The role is ideally based in the Barcelona metro area, although remote candidates based elsewhere in Europe may also be considered.



The position requires minimal travel (approximately 1–2 times per quarter) for partner meetings, events, training, and collaboration with the European team.
Responsibilities

Channel Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development:
- Develop and execute integrated channel marketing strategies that drive demand and pipeline through VARs, distributors, and MSPs;
- Build and manage co-marketing programs, campaigns, and sales plays with key partners, ensuring alignment with regional revenue goals and sales priorities;
- Localize and amplify integral campaigns for the region, focusing on accurate messaging and relevance to the target audience.

Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key channel partners and internal cross-functional teams (sales, product, digital, field marketing);
- Enable partners with co-branded assets, training, and sales enablement tools to accelerate sell-through.
