Position Overview

Build, deploy, coordinate and optimize marketing campaigns across agreed channels, ensuring accurate execution, timely launch, operational quality and reliable campaign readiness for markets and stakeholders.

What you will do
- Build, deploy and maintain campaign assets, workflows and operational set-ups across email, landing pages, forms, paid media, social, webinars and other agreed channels.
- Translate campaign briefs, audience requirements, content inputs and channel specifications into structured execution plans and production-ready campaign set-ups.
- Coordinate with campaign managers, marketing automation, content, creative, digital, CRM, analytics, localization, sales and market stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage inputs.
- Manage campaign production timelines, launch readiness, dependencies, handovers, approvals, issue resolution and post-launch operational follow-up.
- Set up audience lists, segmentation logic, tracking parameters, campaign naming, tagging, testing routines and reporting handover requirements.




- Perform pre-launch quality checks, including links, forms, tracking, content, layout, data compliance, personalization, rendering, workflows and stakeholder sign-off.
- Support campaign performance review by providing operational data, execution learnings, issue logs and improvement actions for future campaign cycles.

What we require
- Proven experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, digital marketing execution, campaign production, CRM-enabled marketing or marketing operations within a corporate, agency or shared services environment. Experience building, deploying and quality-checking campaigns across digital channels is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing Technology, Media or related field preferred. Equivalent campaign operations experience and relevant platform knowledge may be accepted.
