We are looking for a
ServiceNow OT Consultant
with a blend of functional and technical expertise to support strategic Operational Technology initiatives for a leading international end client.

This role combines customer-facing consulting, solution design and hands-on ServiceNow OT expertise.

Requirements
- Practical experience with:
- OT Service Management
- OT Change Management
- OT Incident Management
- OT Request Management
- OT Vulnerability Response
- OT Asset Management
- OT Health
- Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.
- Ability to define scope, roadmap and solution approach.
- Strong user story creation and refinement experience.
- Experience running demos and customer presentations.
- Comfortable acting as a Solution Consultant, Architect or trusted advisor.
- Experience working within regulated or industrial environments.

Nice to have
- CMDB expertise.




- Service Graph Connector experience.
- Asset Management knowledge.
- Previous exposure to OT environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead new workstreams from scoping through delivery.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Guide customers through both technical and process decisions.
- Support ongoing projects as a senior consultant.
