We are looking for an
Actuarial Pricing Manager
to join a leading international insurance organisation, based in
Madrid with a European scope
. The role reports to the
Chief Actuary, Europe
, and manages a team of six professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting
pricing and underwriting activities across Europe
, providing actuarial analysis and insights to support revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support
pricing activities
for new business tenders, contract extensions and commercial opportunities across Europe.
- Monitor portfolio performance and develop
forward-looking analysis, reporting and recommendations
to support business decisions.
- Review
pricing models, assumptions and deal structures
, balancing profitability, commercial objectives and business risks.
- Drive the use of
data, technology and automation
to improve actuarial analysis, reporting and data quality.
- Lead and develop a
team of six
, supporting performance, development and capability building.
- Oversee actuarial contributions to




regulatory reporting
, including Solvency II requirements and other local reporting.
- Contribute to
financial planning, forecasting and broader business strategy
.
- Act as an actuarial subject matter expert across cross-functional and European initiatives

What we are looking for:
- Actuarial background with solid experience in
pricing and/or underwriting
within the insurance sector.
- Experience working across
multiple European markets
is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate actuarial insights into business decisions.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of
data, modelling and actuarial technology
.
- Fluent English and professional experience in an international environment.
