Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented
Accounting Manager, Data Center Fixed Asset Controller




to join our Integral Data Center Controllership and Accounting team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in powering our digital infrastructure growth by providing expert technical accounting guidance across real estate construction, fixed assets, and capital expenditure projects. You’ll collaborate closely with our Design & Construction, Tax, and Finance Business Partner teams to ensure precise capitalization, robust financial reporting, and seamless closing processes. Here, your financial acumen will directly safeguard our assets and support the sustainable expansion of our data center footprint.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Oversee Construction & Fixed Asset Accounting: Provide technical accounting guidance, monitor real estate capitalisation, and ensure accurate, timely capitalisation as data centre projects complete and go live.
- Manage Capex & Expenses
