WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Monitor, log and trace applications and platforms using Grafana Cloud technologies.
- Build dashboards and diagnose ingestion, cardinality and performance issues.
- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD.
- Manage infrastructure and observability resources through Terraform and GitOps practices.
- Develop automation tooling using Python, Bash, REST APIs and JSON integrations.
- Handle alerting, incident response, escalation processes and runbook maintenance.
- Manage incidents, service requests and changes through ServiceNow following ITSM practices.
- Maintain synthetic monitoring checks and optimize observability platform usage and costs.

WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE?
- Grafana Cloud
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS, networking fundamentals, security best practices, Jira and Agile methodologies.
