Administrative Support
- Assist in the management of incoming and outgoing phone calls with parents, prospective families, and suppliers (when at reception).
- Provide basic first aid when required.
- Welcome, assist, and accompany visitors to the school (when at reception).

Canteen Coordination
- Prepare and manage daily lunch lists.
- Organise documentation relating to allergies and food collection authorisations.
- Share updated allergy lists with the canteen.
- Record student attendance in the canteen throughout the lunch period.
- Communicate with families regarding the lunch service.
- Work with the nutritionist to coordinate and approve menus.
- Monitor daily meal counts and assist with cost control.
- Track canteen payments and send reminders when necessary (work with Eva).
- Organise and prepare buffets and hot beverages for school events.




- Purchase food and buffet supplies when required.
- Organise and prepare staff breakfasts when needed.
- Arrange canteen décor for internation celebrations.

Extracurricular Activities Coordination
- Coordinate the school's extracurricular activities.
- Prepare cost calculations and manage payments to ensure activities remain financially viable.
- Monitor attendance and maintain activity records.
- Prepare presentations and communications for families.
- Track payments and send reminders when necessary.
- Supervise students who have not been collected after activities.
- Monitor the number of sessions delivered by teachers and communicate payment information to the school management.
- Support for the development and implementation of vocational training programmes

School Events Organisation
- Communicate with the local council and coordinate the delivery and collection of municipal equipment (chairs, tables, etc.) for school
