Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic market penetration, commercial expansion, and revenue growth of our FTTR solutions across targeted telecom operators.
- The primary goal is to building a scalable sales pipeline and securing long-term market share.

Professional Knowledge:
- Operator Strategy & GTM Execution: Formulate and execute operator-centric go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive FTTR-H (Home) and FTTR-B (Business)



solution adoption across key regional telecom operators.
- Operator Co-Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with operator commercial and marketing teams to design joint promotional campaigns, bundled service offerings, and tariff strategies to accelerate end-user FTTR adoption.

Business Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales or market development experience directly engaging telecom operators/ISPs.
- Telecom Industry Understanding: General knowledge of fixed-line broadband, ICT solutions, or telecom hardware/services (experience in Optical Access/FTTH/FTTR/Wi-Fi is a strong plus).

Other Requirements:
- English+Spanish: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing；
- Workplace: Madrid, Las Tablas.
- Skills: friendly, versátil, and responsible person.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex technical product concepts (optical networking/FTTR).
