About The Role

We're looking for Biology Specialists with Masters or PhD-level expertise to help build and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your scientific knowledge will be used to create, solve, and review complex biology problems that push the boundaries of what AI can reason through.

This is a fully remote, versátil contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain expertise and a passion for scientific rigor.

What You'll Do

• Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
• Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, high-quality problem statements




• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model reasoning
• Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and depth across all deliverables
• Use Python or R where applicable to support data-driven or computational tasks

Who You Are

• Hold a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent
• Deeply knowledgeable in one or more core areas: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
• Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or analytical tasks
• Exceptionally clear and precise in written communication — you can explain complex science without losing rigor
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently and asynchronously
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation systems
• Background in computational biology, systems biology, or genomics
