To support the expansion of our sales network, we are looking for a Country Sales Manager Spain specialized in monogastrics (swine and poultry) to lead and grow our business in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop key accounts across the Spanish market, including feed mills, integrators, premix manufacturers and distributors
• Plan and coordinate the annual sales and tonnage budget for Spain
• Achieve and exceed the agreed sales targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers
• Contribute to national marketing initiatives dedicated to the swine and poultry sectors
• Collaborate with the international team to address sales and technical inquiries
• Visit customers, consultants and partners on-site when required
• Attend trade shows, industry events and conferences in Spain and internationally

Qualifications




• Proven experience in the animal nutrition and/or feed additives industry, with specific expertise in monogastrics
• Solid technical knowledge of swine and poultry nutrition and production
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus

Job Type: Full-time, paid position
Contract Type: Employment contract or independent consultant agreement, to be agreed with the selected candidate
Compensation: Competitive package, to be discussed based on experience
Location: Spain, home-based role
Travel: Frequent travel within Spain and occasionally abroad, up to 50% of working time
