?We are looking for an experienced Claims Manager to join our Spanish Claims organization. The role will be responsible for Travel, Personal and Auto Claims, ensuring high-quality claims handling, a strong customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

?Key Responsibilities
Monitor and steer operational KPIs, service levels, customer experience indicators (NPS), productivity, and backlog, defining corrective actions where needed.
Lead and implement claims effectiveness projects in collaboration with Analysis & Workforce Management, Process Management, and Innovation teams.
Drive Technical Excellence initiatives, including reserve monitoring, leakage reduction programs, and remedial plans.
Oversee claims quality, including complaints management, compliance activities, and audits.
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Underwriting, Actuarial, IT, and external partners.
Review and approve claims within delegated authority limits, including high-value, complex, sensitive,



or exceptional cases
Ensure alignment and coordination with regional peers.

✔️Required Qualifications
Solid experience in claims management, preferably across Travel, Personal, and Auto lines of business.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret operational KPIs and performance indicators.
Ability to manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive corrective actions.
Good knowledge of Spanish & English, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of the main IT tools and applications, including Microsoft Office applications.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
