Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective management on individual projects.
• Analysis quality issues in projects.




• Review designs to identify potential errors or critical points, and document recommended solutions.
• Develop and design additional components and prepare relevant documentation.
• Select materials considering manufacturer and/or supplier availability.
• Compile and select technical regulations, standards, and norms.
• Provide end-to-end customer support, from the development phase to serial production, including supplier management, component manufacturing, and on-site assembly assistance.
• Conduct research and information gathering, including articles and datasheets.
• Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Complete the corresponding 4C and QR documents.
• Visit clients/suppliers when necessary.
• Assist in the development of new processes and procedures across teams.
