Multinational Food and Beverage group is looking for a Group Head of Treasury based in Madrid.

He/she will be responsible for overseeing the Group's liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, banking administration, and treasury governance processes. The role ensures the efficient management of cash resources across the organization, maintains strong banking relationships, and supports corporate funding activities and information requests from lenders, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.

The Treasury & Cash Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the Group's liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, banking administration, and treasury governance processes. Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow Management & Liquidity Planning
- Lead the weekly cash flow review process across group entities.
- Consolidate and analyse short-term and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor presente cash performance against forecast and identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide regular liquidity reporting and recommendations to senior management.
- Support working capital optimization initiatives across the Group.

Treasury Operations
- Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements.
- Oversee cash pooling and intercompany funding arrangements where applicable.
- Coordinate fund transfers and treasury-related transactions.
