We are now looking for a B2B Freelance Cold Calling Specialist, an energetic and results-driven professional with strong communication skills and the ability to create meaningful first connections with potential clients. • Must be based in Spain with remote-first flexibility.
• You will work closely with our general manager.
• You will contribute directly to expanding our pipeline and generating opportunities that support our growth strategy.

Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities through cold calling and targeted outreach to potential B2B clients.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business opportunities.




• Schedule meetings and create opportunities for the sales and consulting teams.
• Build positive first impressions and establish trust with prospects.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services and solutions.
• Maintain a professional, consultative, and customer-centric approach throughout interactions.
• Keep CRM systems updated with accurate records of activities, conversations, and opportunities.

About you
• You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
• At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, or business development roles.
• Previous experience working with B2B technical companies, preferably in areas such as technology, software, automation, AI, consulting, or digital services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with decision-makers (C levels) and initiating conversations with new prospects.
