At GWM Spain, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the commercial performance and development of the assigned region, playing a key role in achieving business objectives and driving the growth and performance of our dealer network.
Your Mission
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing the brand’s commercial strategy within your assigned territory, driving sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction, while supporting the development and performance of the dealer network.
You will act as the key link between GWM Spain and the dealers within your territory, ensuring effective implementation of the commercial strategy, strong coordination and alignment with the brand’s standards, values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Commercial Strategy Execution
Implement the company’s sales strategy and commercial policies in line with the overall brand strategy.




Achieve and exceed established annual and monthly targets across sales, market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Dealer Network Management & Development
Act as the primary point of contact between GWM Spain and the dealers within your assigned territory, driving their commercial performance, development and alignment with brand standards.
Work closely with dealers across the different areas of commercial management, including sales, fleet, customer experience, sales administration and used vehicles, among others.
Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans aimed at maximising the potential and performance of each dealer.
• Market Intelligence & Analysis
Maintain a strong understanding of the automotive market and provide relevant insights into market trends, competitive activity, sales performance and business opportunities.
