Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Lead and coordinate the claims team, setting daily/weekly productivity targets.
• Implement quality controls to ensure consistency and compliance in claim handling.
• Monitor and analyze KPI´s (Claims received vs. Resolved, productivity per agent,



response times and backlog levels).
• Monitor workload distribution and operational capacity to meet SLAs and business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on performance, risks, and operational insights.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization of repetitive tasks.
• Apply data-driven approaches (Lean, continuous improvement) to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Collections, Finance, and Compliance to ensure smooth information flow.
• Support internal stakeholders with operational insights related to claims trends and risks.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in claims management, legal operations, customer operations, or contact center management.
• Experience managing high-volume case environments.
• Proven track record in process
