We're looking for Spanish localization specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Spanish-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates across the diverse Spanish-speaking world — making a real impact on one of the most widely spoken languages on the planet.

• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Spanish content for tone, register, and regional relevance
• Identify localization issues involving idioms, regional usage, formality, and cultural nuance
• Suggest culturally appropriate alternatives to improve naturalness and authenticity
• Flag mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, and register mismatches
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve overall localization quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are





• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
• Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Deep understanding of regional Spanish variants and how they differ
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality across diverse content types
• Attention to detail and consistency
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in localization, translation, or content adaptation
• Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
• Knowledge of multiple Spanish-speaking regional markets (e.g., Latin America, Spain, US Hispanic)
