At IDEXX, our Sales Support Associates are trusted business partners to the commercial organization. In this role, you will support the sales team throughout the entire lead-to-order process, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and an outstanding customer experience. Acting as a key liaison between Sales and internal stakeholders, you will help drive business growth while ensuring the smooth execution of commercial activities.

You will play a vital role in supporting the region's commercial objectives by managing sales processes, maintaining data accuracy, coordinating customer onboarding, and providing operational support that enables the sales team to focus on growing the business. This role requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

You will partner closely with Sales Professionals to develop customer-focused commercial proposals while balancing customer needs and business objectives. You will support the full customer lifecycle,



from account creation and order processing through to onboarding and ongoing commercial support.

A key part of the role involves reviewing and approving customer account setups in Salesforce and SAP, ensuring compliance with pricing policies, audit requirements, contract processes, and internal guidelines. You will investigate and resolve sales and customer-related inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to find effective solutions.

You will be responsible for producing regular reports on sales activity, pipeline performance, installations, and other key business metrics, helping the commercial team make informed decisions. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Support, Marketing, Logistics, and other departments, you will contribute to a seamless customer experience and support the achievement of regional revenue and profitability objectives.
