Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance, technical inquiries, and service scheduling.
• Represent a top-tier automotive brand with the professionalism and prestige expected by their clientele.
• Handle customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.




• Troubleshoot technical issues for vehicle owners, utilizing industry-standard knowledge databases.
• Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to automotive warranties, road assistance, and service centers.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions within the company’s CRM system to ensure premium service quality.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize the customer journey and brand loyalty within the automotive industry.

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Strong passion for the automotive industry and a technical aptitude to learn vehicle systems.
• Previous experience in customer service or a high-end service environment is considered a significant advantage.
