Job Overview
We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team in an exciting Dutch Speaking Business Development Representative position in Greece. This role sits at the heart of the customer support services industry, offering a unique opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced environment while enjoying the Mediterranean sun.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients within the customer support services sector.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our service reach.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complex inquiries effectively.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and improve client retention.
• Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Provide insightful feedback on market trends to help enhance our customer support service strategies.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs in alignment with the broader business objectives.

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Strong command of the English language for professional communication.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
• Previous experience in customer support services or sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work on-site in Athens, Greece, as part of our dynamic team.
