Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Canon’s extensive product range to provide expert advice to clients.

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a client-facing role.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
