Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients across various digital channels within the Customer Support Services industry.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth while maintaining a consultative sales approach.
• Manage complex customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and high-level problem-solving skills.

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
