We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution / Technical Architect to join our growing team. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading solution design, and taking ownership of architecture from initial discovery through successful delivery. This position will have a particular focus on ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), ITOM, CMDB, integrations, and enterprise platform architecture. Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

What You'll Do
As a Solution / Technical Architect at CoreX, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers while providing architectural leadership to our delivery teams.
You will:
• Own the solution and technical architecture for complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Lead customer-facing discovery sessions, technical workshops, architecture discussions, and solution-design sessions.




• Translate customer requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Architect and implement solutions utilizing ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and related Security Operations capabilities.
• Design vulnerability management processes covering vulnerability ingestion, prioritization, remediation, exception management, assignment, and reporting.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and vulnerability/security platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, and similar technologies.
• Establish effective relationships between vulnerability data, assets, CMDB Configuration Items (CIs), business services, and infrastructure.
• Partner with customer security and infrastructure teams to improve vulnerability visibility and remediation processes.
