Responsibilities

• Lead design management across complex projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Set priorities for the design team, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks issues.
• Oversee component release processes, ensuring compliance with Managing Composites’ design standards.
• Review designs for feasibility, manufacturability, and implementation, identifying critical points and proposing solutions.




• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers..
• Select materials and technologies aligned with supplier capabilities and project requirements.
• Compile and apply relevant technical regulations, standards, and norms.
• Analyse and resolve quality issues using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D).
• Contribute to the development of new processes and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Conduct research and gather technical information from articles and datasheets.
• Visit clients and suppliers when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering within an industrial or automotive environment.
• Proficiency in Fusion 360, CATIA, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in planning development activit
