Advantere is a boutique international graduate business school founded by Universidad Pontificia Comillas and the University of Deusto, with Georgetown University as its Strategic Academic Partner.

We’re looking for a Recruitment and Admissions Manager with excellent people skills, commercial drive, and the initiative to turn plans into results. You’ll take ownership of your recruitment pipeline and work closely with Marketing, academic teams, and external partners to grow our international master’s programs.

Your responsibilities
• Take full ownership of your recruitment pipeline, driving conversion from initial inquiry to enrollment and delivering against agreed targets.
• Build relationships with prospective students through proactive calls, meetings, and personalized follow-up, understanding their ambitions and communicating the value of our programs.
• Help develop and execute recruitment plans for assigned programs and markets, working closely with Marketing on campaigns, communications, and lead generation.




• Review applications, conduct admissions interviews, and coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a timely, rigorous admissions process.
• Plan and deliver presentations, webinars, and recruitment events, coordinating suppliers, logistics, and follow-up.
• Represent Advantere internationally and develop relationships with universities, recruitment partners, alumni, and event organizers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, report on recruitment performance, and use market insights and candidate feedback to improve results.
• Work flexibly across programs and markets, supporting colleagues during peak periods and absences.

What you bring
• One to five years experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or another role involving client relationship management.
• One to five years experience in the Higher Education industry or related.
• Excellent spoken and written English & Spanish, essentia
