Job Overview
We are currently sourcing candidates for the Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for an Electronics Leader position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level technical support for premium consumer electronics, including smartphones, wearables, and home appliances.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues via phone, email, and chat to ensure optimal user satisfaction.




• Educate customers on the features and benefits of the latest consumer electronics technology.
• Maintain detailed customer records and provide accurate feedback on product trends and common technical queries.
• Act as a brand ambassador for our client, maintaining the high standards expected by a integral electronics leader.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met while maintaining a professional and helpful tone.

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• A passion for technology and a genuine interest in the consumer electronics industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support environment is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, on-site environment in Athens.
