As our FinOps Specialist, you will be responsible for safeguarding business integrity, operational resilience, and financial precision. Acting as a strategic subject matter expert, you will oversee high-risk transactional flows and collaborate cross-functionally to proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve operational risks related to merchants, FX, and financial processes.
You will play a key role in elevating the FinOps Specialist function into a highly standardized, automated, and data-driven discipline. You will design and execute an assurance roadmap that leverages technology, robust control frameworks,
and best practices to drive operational excellence, scalability, and governance.

What will you be doing?
• Oversight & Assurance: Serving as a senior regional authority to establish, monitor, and enforce robust business assurance frameworks across regional markets and operations.
• Process & Control Transformation: Designing and executing a process transformation roadmap to simplify, standardize, and automate complex fx reconciliations, controls, and risk-monitoring mechanisms.
• Digitalization & Automation: Identifying operational gaps and manual vulnerabilities (e.g., in reconciliations, FX monitoring, merchant settlements) and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance teams to implement sustainable, automated, and scalable solutions.
