Senior Credit Analyst / Specialist Credit, Tenancy & Insurance (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Implementation of customer-oriented support and services for the sales units incl. internal and external communication (e.g. data capturing of rent rolls and insurance contracts as well as other administrative services).
• Adhering to defined standards for data quality in the core banking and processing systems in a uniform approach and compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
• In-depth financial analysis of different counterparties of the bank such as borrower companies (SPVs, corporate investors and developers), sponsors, guarantors and tenants.




• Ongoing Secondary Risk Management of risk-relevant tenants (i.e. Tenant Ratings) and reporting to Senior Management.
• Project work in an international environment for alignment of processes and work simplifications to further improve workflow efficiency (e.g. usage of AI).
• Training and support of junior colleagues.

How to convince us

• Completed degree in economics or law or comparable training acquired in practice (e.g. banking apprenticeship, banking specialist).
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate finance and/or commercial real estate finance, ideally in complex international transactions.
