Key Responsibilities
• Deliver expert support to customers regarding Dyson’s premium range of consumer electronics, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and hair care technology.




• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure total customer satisfaction with Dyson’s innovative products.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends within the consumer electronics sector to provide relevant product guidance.
• Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, including voice, email, and chat, with a focus on professional, high-end communication.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by serving as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for Dyson.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance and common customer challenges to improve the user experience.
• Achieve individual and team-based KPIs in line with premium service standards.

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Excellent command of the English language for international team collaboration.
