We are looking for a proactive and partnership-focused specialist who can optimize affiliate performance, build and maintain strong relationships with partners, turn insights into actionable strategies, and identify new opportunities for growth. ? Your daily adventures include:
• Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns across multiple brands and markets;




• Be the go-to for affiliate partners: resolving requests, ensuring smooth launches, and strengthening long-term relationships;
• Collaborate across departments - from Product and Finance to Design and CRM - to bring campaigns to life;
• Dive deep into performance data, tweak campaigns, and deliver on KPIs;
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to keep us on the cutting edge.

? What makes you a great match:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management (preferably in iGaming);
• A sharp understanding of digital marketing, traffic acquisition, and affiliate ecosystems;
• Strong communication skills - you know how to build trust and keep it;
• Data-savvy with the ability to turn numbers into strategies;
