Job Purpose
Support sales success by delivering excellent operational execution while proactively contributing to business growth. Manage quotations, sales orders and customer opportunities, ensuring an efficient sales process and a seamless partner experience. Act as a trusted contact for assigned partners, working closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
? Quotation & Sales Support
• Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requests and business opportunities.

• Ensure pricing, margins and commercial conditions comply with department policies.

• Follow up quotations proactively to maximise conversion into sales orders.

• Support partners with product information, pricing and commercial queries.

? Sales Order Management
• Process and manage sales orders from creation to release.

• Monitor open orders, deliveries and backlog, keeping partners informed of progress and expected delivery dates.

• Resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.





• Maintain accurate sales forecasts based on order status and expected shipment dates.

? Partner Management
• Build strong relationships with assigned partners, acting as their main commercial and operational point of contact.

• Understand partner needs, provide timely updates on quotations and orders, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

? Sales & Pipeline Management
• Maintain and proactively follow up sales opportunities and quotations through emails and outbound calls to maximise conversion into sales.

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by promoting relevant products, services and vendor campaigns to assigned partners.

? SLA & KPI Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and customer interactions while meeting departmental SLA targets.
