What will your day-to-day look like?
Preparing ingredients (mise en place): cutting meats, seafood, and vegetables with high-cuisine standards.
Cooking complex dishes following standard recipes
Masterfully managing the griddle temperature for different types of food.
Performing skill tricks with utensils (knives, spatulas, salt shakers).
Interacting charismatically with diners throughout the entire cooking process.
Maintaining a cooking rhythm that keeps the customer engaged and entertained.
Keeping the teppan area impeccable before, during, and after service.
