Preparing, finalizing, and monitoring property marketing agreements and legal documentation
Coordinating complete property listings, photo and video shoots, and professional team viewings
Collaborating closely with marketing specialists to create compelling exposés, digital content, and targeted campaigns
Continuously evaluating portfolio performance, pricing alignment, and presentation standards
Building and nurturing an active network of private property owners and key industry multipliers
Proven professional experience in the real estate industry on Mallorca
Business fluent communication skills in English, German, and Spanish




In-depth knowledge of Mallorca's real estate market, regional trends, and micro-locations
Highly structured, reliable, and self-directed work ethic with proficiency in CRM systems and digital workflows
Prior experience in the luxury property segment and knowledge of Spanish real estate transaction procedures are advantageous
