✍️ Support end-to-end observability initiatives using modern APM and monitoring platforms.
• Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and reliability issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend long-term improvements.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to improve platform reliability.
• Drive proactive monitoring strategies leveraging predictive analytics, automation, and AIOps practices.
Grafana, Centreon, Splunk, New Relic, AppDynamics, Elastic Observability and Prometheus.
• ELK Stack and LogicMonitor.
• Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform and Ansible.
• CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps Methodologies.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• 5-10 years in Observability, Monitoring, SRE, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; alternatively, Higher Vocational Training (FP) in a relevant technical field.




• Hands-on experience with one or more observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, Centreon, New Relic, Elastic Observability, or Prometheus.
• Experience supporting cloud-native and distributed environments.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, and/or Ansible.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and modern DevOps practices.
• Observability, Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications are highly desirable.
• English: Spanish: Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, with on-call participation when required.
• Hybrid Model: Up to 60% remote working.
