What you will be doing
Central Function Business Partnering
- Be the primary finance counterpart to Tech, Data, Product, HR and Finance leaders - challenging assumptions, digging into the story behind the spend, and pushing teams toward sharper ROI driven decisions.




- Own the financial view of your scope and translate into data into clear actionable recommendations, not just reports. The output is a better business decision, not a cleaner spreadsheet.
- Support your partners’ strategic initiatives across the year, from business case through delivery.
- Lead the shift of reporting, dashboards, and forecasting to AI agents and internal tooling for your scope - freeing your time to focus on strategic judgment over manual production.

Corporate FP&A; Ownership
- Lead the monthly and quarterly FP&A; reporting processes - management reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews - with an active role in the monthly close and close collaboration with the wider FP&A; and Finance team.
- Own the annual budget and reforecast cycles, ensuring the operating plan stays aligned to both near-term targets and long-term strategies.
- Drive the FP&A; systems and automation agenda. Assess the current finance tech stack (planning tools, BI..), identify process
