We are working with a leading French health-tech group, one of the major players in information systems for the Healthcare sector, with close to 6,000 employees across more than 10 countries. This position is part of a small, highly operational team working on a product that connects patients, insurance companies and doctors, particularly specialists. The product integrates with external insurance company APIs as well as internal corporate modules, including single sign-on.
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join a small, close-knit team and take ownership of backend development, working with a high degree of autonomy.
Develop (not just maintain) the back office of the product, using Node.js.
Integrate and maintain connections with external APIs (insurance companies) and internal modules (corporate services,



single sign-on).
Participate in integration testing, combining automated and manual testing practices.
Solid experience as a Backend Developer with Node.js and TypeScript.
Working knowledge of SQL / relational databases (MariaDB or similar).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and Git.
Knowledge of Angular is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously and take technical decisions without close supervision.
Fluent Spanish (required). English is valued. French is not required but considered a strong plus.
Hybrid model: 2 days in the office.
